    • How do I run an itinerary search?

      • To run an itinerary search, select the Itinerary" section or "Search an itinerary" tab on the site's home page.

        Enter a starting address (address, town, stop, points of interest) and an arrival address (address, town, stop, points of interest), the preferred day and time for your search.

        To use the advanced search and choose the means of transport taken and type of journey required, click on "More options".

        Once the fields have been completed, run your search.

        The result of the search is displayed in the form of a list of solutions corresponding to your search criteria.

        From these results, select your preferred solution and discover the details of your itinerary by specifying the journey time, directions taken, waiting times and possibility of displaying your itinerary on a map.

        Feel free to print out the details of the itinerary, modify your search or run another search.

    • What transport means are available?

      • The Mobigo site allows you to calculate your itineraries according to the following transport means:

        • Bus, tramway, coach
        • Train
        • Bike
        • Private car to a stop
        • Transport on demand
        • Carpooling (when an ad corresponds to your request)

        By default, all transport means are taken into account to calculate the itinerary. You can choose to deselect one or several transport means in the search.

        Please note: In this case, certain itinerary possibilities will not be proposed.

    • How can I change my search settings?

      • You can choose to change the search settings to calculate your itinerary:

        • Transport means taken
        • Types of journey

        By default, all transport means are taken into account to calculate the itinerary. You can choose to deselect one or several transport means.

        By default, the quickest" type of journey is selected to run a search. The calculator proposes 3 types of journey:

        • The quickest: focuses on itineraries arriving at the earliest requested time.
        • Avoid walking: focuses on itineraries with the least walking involved.
        • The fewest connections: focuses on itineraries with the fewest connections.
        • Prefer walking: focuses on itineraries with walking sections.

        All these settings will be taken into account to calculate the itinerary and appropriate solutions will be proposed.

    • What geographic perimeter is covered for an itinerary search?

      • The itinerary search is possible throughout all of Burgundy and from stations in the main cities in France. To know the transport networks covered by the Mobigo site, consult the Transport means" section.

    • Why not go by car?

      • Mobigo is a central, multimodal information system offering all alternative transport solutions to private cars. Personal cars and bikes are included by default as replacement modes towards car or bike parks (P+R or P+B), if they are not too far from a public transport network.

    • What does the CO2 equivalent mean and how is it calculated?

      • Mobigo can calculate CO2 emissions of your itinerary and thus informs you of the environmental impact of your journey. CO2 production is calculated on distances travelled and the average CO2 production factor per transport means.

    • What's an itinerary search?

      • The itinerary search allows you to plan an itinerary from a starting point and an arrival point according to time criteria (date, time) in order to obtain the details of that journey. This itinerary can be planned by consulting a map or search engine, by avoiding or preferring transport means (bus, coach, train, bike), types of journey (the quickest, the one with the fewest connections, focus on walking) while including eventful information such as traffic disruptions.

    • What is transport on demand?

      • Transport on demand (TOD) is a public transport means belonging to the family of services. Its specificity lies in the fact that vehicles do not necessarily take fixed scheduled lines and do not follow a precise timetable. This service requires prior reservation by passengers.
        Transport on demand can be adapted to and be for the sole use of specific subscribers, such as people with reduced mobility.

  • Timetable search questions

    • What's a timetable search?

      • The timetable search finds times at a stop, the timetable of a line or of a train together with eventful information such a disruptions.

    • How do I run a timetable search for a specific stop?

      • To find times at a stop, select the timetable" section or "Search for a timetable" tab on the website's home page. Enter the town or village or stop on the required date.

        The result is displayed in the form of a timetable for each stop.

        Feel free to print the timetable, change your search or run another search.

    • How do I do a timetable search for a specific line?

      • To find times at a stop, select the Line" section or "Search for a line timetable" tab on the website's home page. Select your network, followed by the line and the direction on the required date.

        The result is displayed in the form of a timetable listing all the stops for that line.

        Feel free to print the timetable, change your search or run another search.

  • Traffic information questions

    • How am I informed about traffic forecasts?

      • From the traffic info" section, select the network and/or date that interests you to find out traffic forecasts for your journeys.
        The information presented on Mobigo is not updated in real time. It reports disruptions known at least 48 hours in advance.

        In practice, traffic information is displayed on the itinerary or timetable search results when disruptions are scheduled.

        You can also subscribe to the RSS feed of your favourite network or be warned of disruptions on a precise itinerary or line by clicking "Create and alert", available from these sections.

    • How do I subscribe to the RSS feed?

      • To read Mobigo's information feed, it is necessary to use a reader. You can use an online reader such as iGoogle, MyYahoo, etc. which will display the content on a customised web page. If not, it is possible to read the feed via your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox...) or your messaging system (Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird or Mail).

    • What is traffic info?

      • The "traffic info" section is used to consult information on known and scheduled disruptions throughout the public transport networks in Burgundy.

    • What is the RSS feed?

      • The RSS feed collects updates of a website without having to connect to it. The feed usually includes the title of the information, the summary and a link to the complete page to be consulted online. This system alerts you permanently to the information that interests you. 

  • Search nearby questions

    • What's a vicinity search?

      • The vicinity search allows you to discover services next to an address, town or village, stop or public place or place of interest in an interactive map. It is possible to display specific places using the caption under the map (administration, cultural locations) and run an itinerary search from or to those points.

    • How do I run a vicinity search?

      • To run a vicinity search, select the Vicinity" section or "Search the vicinity of a point" tab on the website's home page. Enter an address, town or village, stop or location in the field and run your search.

        You can also directly move over the interactive map using the scroll on the wheel allowing you to zoom or de-zoom over precise points on the map.

        The search result is displayed on the map using a circle targeting the result and a caption on the right listing all stops in the vicinity of the searched point.

        Feel free to move over the map, run an itinerary search from or to a selected point and find times.

  • User account questions

    • How do I create my account on Mobigo?

      • The user account makes it easy for you to search by saving addresses, towns and villages, stops, lines and locations among your favourites. It also allows you to create alerts on your favourite itineraries and receive information on disruptions announced by email.

        To create your account, just click on "My account" and fill in the registration form.

        You will receive an email to activate your account and benefit from a wide range of advantages.

        This account may be modified or deleted at any time. 

    • Is my personal information kept?

      • Mobigo undertakes to secure personal information and keep it strictly confidential. The data collected is neither sold nor given free of charge to third parties. This website has been filed with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés. In accordance with articles 39 and 40 of Act n°78-17, amended by Act 2044-801, you have a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of your personal data, at any time, by writing to:

    • How do I modify my personal contact details?

      • To modify your personal details - email and password - just log into your user account. Select the Contact details" tab and click "Modify".

    • How do I save a favourite?

      • You can register addresses, stops, towns and villages, lines or locations in your favourites.

        To safeguard these points, you simply need a user account, log in and click on Save as favourites" from the details of the itinerary and timetable.  Once registered, you can delete this favourite from your list from your user account in the "Favourites" tab.

    • When should I use my favourite?

      • Once logged in, use your favourites for your itinerary and timetable searches. In the Start" and "Arrival" fields, select the required favourite from the drop-down list.

    • How do I save an alert?

      • You can create alerts on your favourite itineraries and lines to be directly warned of disruptions by email.

        To create these alerts, you simply need to have a user account, log into it and click on Create an alert" from the details of the itinerary and timetable. Once registered, you can delete this alert from your list in your user account in the "Alerts" tab.

    • How do I delete my account?

      • To delete your user account, just log into the account and select the Contact details" tab. The "Delete" function will permanently delete your account.

  • Practical questions about Mobigo

    • Creation of links to the Mobigo site

      • The Mobigo multimodal information site authorises hypertext links to its pages, as long as

        •  the deep embedding technique is not used, i.e. pages of the site should not be included in the pages of another site but visible by opening a separate window
        • and the source leading to the content through a hypertext link should be directly specified.

        Information should only be used for personal, educational, associative or professional reasons: any commercial or advertising purposes are forbidden.

    • How do I browse on the Mobigo site?

      • Browse between the different sections of the site by using the tabs, search engine and browser menu at the top of the page:

        • Select the itinerary search to calculate an itinerary and obtain the journey's details.
        • Select the timetable search to obtain times at a stop or of a line.
        • Select the maps to discover your network and what it offers

        Select the Transport means" section to obtain all information about available services.

    • In case of a problem, how do I contact the customer department?

      • If you encounter any difficulties on the Mobigo site or want to obtain answers to specific questions, please contact the customer department using the Contact us" form. You will be sent a full answer within a few days.

    • How do I use the mobile version of the Mobigo site?

      • It's easy and simple!

        A genuine adaptation of the website, the mobile site is available on all terminals and accessible from any mobile browser. If you want to log into Mobigo from your mobile, you will be automatically redirected to the mobile version of the site.

        This version of the site adapts to the ergonomic requirements of terminals and highlights key functions to satisfy the needs of users who are on the move. This service follows you throughout your journey to:

        - Calculate and choose a public transport itinerary

        - Be guided step-by-step during your journey from your starting point to your arrival point

        - Find your stopping points and addresses saved in your personal account: "my space"

        - Consult the times of next services at selected stops

        - Find the times of your favourite stops or in the vicinity

        - Check ongoing or future disruptions on the network in the "traffic information" section

        - Know and stay informed about services available on the network/networks in the Burgundy region

  • Itinerary search questions

    • Comment puis-je adresser une réclamation relative à la prise de réservation de mon TAD Buscéphale ou TER Bourgogne ?

      • La réservation des transports à la demande Buscéphale du département de Saône-et-Loire et les taxis TER Bourgogne se fait par téléphone, auprès de la centrale d'appels Mobigo, au Ce service est ouvert du lundi au samedi de 7h à 20h.

        Concernant le transport à la demande Buscéphale : Les réservations doivent être faites la veille avant 17h. Pour les dimanches et lundis, les réservations doivent être effectuées le vendredi avant 17h.

        Concernant le service taxis TER : Seules certaines gares sont éligibles au dispositif. Les réservations doivent être faites la veille avant 18h.

        Pour toute réclamation liée au service de réservation de TAD, réalisé auprès de la centrale d'appels Mobigo au, veuillez adresser votre demande à l'adresse suivante :

        Votre courrier doit obligatoirement préciser la date, l'heure, le type de transport visé par la réservation. Doit être joint au courrier tout justificatif prouvant le recours à un transport privé en substitution du TAD initialement commandé. La réclamation doit être envoyée à la centrale d'appels dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la date du trajet réalisé.

        Votre demande sera étudiée, sous réserve du respect des conditions énumérées ci-dessus.
